Yoga
Yoga is now offering classes at GoodHealth
Commons at Seton Medical Center Williamson to integrate the
benefits of yoga into healthcare. Yoga Yoga offers six weekly Hatha
Yoga classes at GoodHealth Commons which is located at Seton Medical
Center Williamson's Medical Plaza 1, two miles east of I-35 in Round
Rock. Additional yoga classes and therapeutically oriented programs
will be added to the schedule in upcoming weeks.
Programming
for Yoga Yoga at GoodHealth Commons is a collaborative effort between
Yoga Yoga and YogaSolve™, a scientifically-oriented yoga enterprise
providing programs, products and services designed to support individuals
seeking healthier lifestyles and alternative therapeutic modalities.
YogaSolve's™ evidence-based programs offer both individuals
and their physicians complementary and alternative approaches to
ease suffering and support the prevention of diseases and chronic
conditions.
