After
taking a couple of yoga classes you may begin to notice the difference
between yoga and other exercise regimens. Although yoga can be done a
couple of times a week as a part of your “fitness routine”, yoga is a
practice which has the potential for deep transformation that both includes
and extends beyond physical fitness. You may also find that you need more
time than a regular class to go deeper into the practice. If this is where
you find yourself, our Weekend Workshops were created to lend support.
Every semester we develop and offer workshops to provide the space for
deepening your practice and understanding of yoga and ultimately your
Self.
Our
intention is to support and inspire you on your yoga path and your life-long
journey toward reaching your full potential!
Weekend
workshops are 2 1/2 hours long unless otherwise specified. They are all
$30 each, or $15 for Unlimited
Pass Holders.
